Dr Andrew Sinclair is Professor of Nutrition Science at Deakin University, School of Medicine, in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.Dr Sinclair has a basic degree in Agricultural Science and a PhD in Biochemistry, both from the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and he has held Chairs in Biochemistry, Food Science and Human Nutrition. Dr Sinclair published more than 250 research papers on nutrition, lipids and food science. Dr Sinclair is a Fellow of the Nutrition Society of Australia and the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology. He was recently awarded the Alexander Leaf Lifetime Research award by the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Other Lipids.”
